Refund policy

Refund policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at (ecocollectify@gmail.com). 

Conditions for Return:

• Return must be submitted by email no later than 30-days after item has arrived.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, proof that item you have received and its condition that it arrived to you in i.e pictures of the item condition you received it in. 
• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Lastly it must have a tracking number when sent (This is to avoid any issues with misplacement of the parcel).
